How do I get started?

  1. Register before you speak to a real estate agent to be eligible for the cash-back reward. There is no obligation to learn more about the program and to determine your eligibility.
  2. Your assigned Program Coordinator will contact you to discuss your real estate needs and allow you access to all of the resources the program has to offer.
  3. We will assign you to a preferred real estate agent.
  4. When you buy or sell a property (or both), we will credit your cash rebate to you after closing.

How much do I receive as a cash reward? 

You will receive 20% of your side of the transaction commission when you buy or sell with your assigned agent. Your reward varies based on sales price and commission amount. Here’s an example:

$400,000 sample sales price
X 2.5%* (buyer or seller side of the commission.)
$10,000 commission
X 20% cash back reward
$2,000 reward after closing
